Torrance Family Court (2009 – present)

One of only a handful of non-attorneys selected to this panel based on my extensive training and experience mediating family law matters. Mediated contentious family law cases addressing issues including high conflict custody and support matters.

Azusa Pacific University (2009 – present)

As an Adjunct Professor, was responsible for developing and teaching a new course. The course was highly interactive and provided students with an understanding of conflict dynamics as well as mediation skills.

Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, State of California (2004 – present)

Trained and qualified as a mediator for the Second Appellate District Court of Appeals. Mediated cases, including employment, general business and family, with consistently excellent evaluations from participants.

Disability Mediation Center, Loyola Law School (2004)

Full-time staff mediator responsible for mediating a wide variety of issues with a very diverse population; utilized significant understanding of human dynamics as well as discrimination/employment law to achieve a very high resolution rate in cases including employment, education, disability and attorney-client.

United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (2005 – present)

After completing a 120 hour training curriculum, continued to serve as a pro bono mediator on a variety of employment discrimination cases including disability, retaliation, age, race, religion and gender issues.
